AI training for employees

AI training for employees who did not ask for it

Here is what usually happens. The company buys licences. An email goes round announcing the future. Six weeks later, four people use the tool daily, half the team has not logged in, and one department is quietly pasting client data into a free chatbot.

The licences were never the problem. Nobody trained the people.

What this training covers

We train your team on the tools they already have, applied to the work they already do. A finance team learns on reconciliations and reporting. A marketing team learns on briefs and copy. Nobody sits through a generic demo of features they will never touch.

Every session covers three things:

The skills: prompting that produces usable output, checking that output, and building repeatable workflows for each role.

The judgement: what AI is wrong about, how often, and how to catch it before it reaches a client.

The rules: what your people may and may not put into which tool. If you sell into the EU, Article 4 of the EU AI Act already expects your staff to have adequate AI literacy. This training is designed to evidence that.

How it runs

Half-day or full-day workshops, in person or remote, groups capped so everyone works rather than watches. Before we book anything, we talk to you about where your team actually is. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need a policy before you need training, and we will say so.

Who delivers it

Gabriel Opoku, ICAgile accredited trainer with fifteen years of transformation work at Mercedes-Benz, ALDI, DEFRA and Creative Assembly. The consistent finding across all of it: transformation is 20% tech, 80% human. Training is where the 80% lives.
