Most AI consultancies will sell you a strategy document. It will be thorough, expensive, and eight months later it will sit in a drawer while your team works exactly the way it did before.
We do the other part. The part where people actually change how they work.
What we do
Adoption that sticks. You have the tools, usage is patchy, and the gap between your keenest person and your most reluctant one is growing. We find out why people are not using what you bought, then fix that, not the tooling.
Pilot recovery. The pilot went fine. The rollout did not. Before you write the project off or buy a different platform, it is worth finding out what actually stalled. It is almost never the model.
Training and capability. Covered in full on our training pages, from beginner courses to team workshops. Consultancy and training combine: we diagnose, then build the capability to fix it in-house rather than renting us forever.
How we work
We start every engagement with the same question we would ask in your position: what is actually in the way? Sometimes that takes a workshop. Sometimes the AI Readiness Index answers it in five minutes and saves everyone a discovery phase.
We are based in London and work across the UK, in person and remote.
