You've asked again and again: what's that thing you did with that team and those coaches? Here it is.
I didn't set out to make a kit aimed at Change Agents. I set out to solve a problem I kept running into.
In the middle of a transformation, people hit a wall. Not a dramatic, visible wall. A quiet one. You're still showing up, still saying the right things in meetings, still keen to make a difference. But the energy is gone. The belief is fading. You're going through the motions.
I've seen it in teams. In leaders. In myself. It can be soul-destroying, especially if you're the Change Agent feeling jaded, doubting your ability to do the very thing you've been hired to do.
In training other coaches, I used to always drop Ice Cube's line "check yo self, before you wreck yo self" and it's true. As coaches, or anyone going through change, we need to sit with ourselves.
Ember works because it's immediate. No login, no onboarding. You sit with it, you feel, you reflect.
It removes hierarchy too. The kit asks the same prompts whether you're a director or a junior. It does the facilitation, especially vital when you're the one who always facilitates and you've lost your way. You don't need to be a trained coach to use it. The kit carries the conversation.
Many have found Ember useful. I'm glad to offer it as part of your arsenal.
Available now here.
You know the answers. Ember helps you find them.
